The September 2026 Program Meeting will be held at the Region 10 Education Service Center located at 400 E. Spring Valley Road, Richardson, TX 75081.

We have secured a courtesy hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Richardson at Spring Valley. This hotel is a modern, business-friendly hotel offering comfortable accommodations, an outdoor pool, and convenient access to local corporate offices and the Richardson area. 

Guests can enjoy on-site dining and evening cocktails at The Bistro, which proudly serves Starbucks® coffee, or grab snacks anytime from the 24/7 Market. Additional amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and three flexible meeting spaces equipped with high-speed internet.

*Participants must make their own lodging arrangements.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the [hotel]. The group rate is $119 (or prevailing government per diem) per night for single and double occupancy plus applicable taxes and fees. *Room rate does not include current state and local taxes of 13%.

Room rate is available to attendees for check-in beginning 09/14/2026 through check-out on 09/16/2026.
